Tudor Rose Cleaning Services was founded in 2016 with a singular vision: to drastically improve service levels and the treatment of cleaning operatives within the industry. We achieved this by always putting the customer first and refusing to compromise quality for efficiency.
Our Environmental Commitment
We are wholly dedicated to safeguarding the environment in every feasible way. We commit ourselves to the following principles:
- We endeavour to ensure all our operations meet or surpass relevant regulatory controls or codes of practice. Where specific regulations are absent, we will carry out all activities in an environmentally sound manner, utilising products that protect the environment wherever possible.
- We aim to conserve natural resources through effective energy management, recycling initiatives, and other suitable methods. We will preferentially engage with suppliers and contractors who actively share these environmental goals.
- We shall run our facilities responsibly, showing due consideration for the local community where we are based.
- We will continuously develop and refine our operational standards, driven both by our internal efforts and by embracing relevant available technological advancements.
- We aim to inform all our employees about our environmental policy, provide appropriate training to enhance their environmental awareness, and assign clear responsibilities.
- We will regularly operate and update robust systems and procedures for our operations and their monitoring to ensure full adherence to this policy.
Meet Mark, Co-Founder
Mark, our Co-Founder and Managing Director, left a successful corporate IT career to start this business. His decision stemmed from seeing a real opportunity to operate better, focusing on high standards, local recruitment, and incentivising staff based on customer delight.
Meet Elizabeth, Domestic Lead
Elizabeth, who runs our domestic services, is a local resident of Sutton Coldfield and a former Teaching Assistant. Her goal is to provide trustworthy, local service consistently delivered to the highest standard, ensuring customer satisfaction in every home.
